Thank you for supporting our small business. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

Free Shipping (Economy Service)
Free shipping is offered as an economy option. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier volume, weather, holidays, and regional transit delays. This service is selected to help reduce costs for customers, but it does move at the slowest carrier pace.

Paid Shipping Upgrades
Shipping upgrades such as USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground will ship the following business day after the order is placed.

If an Air / Expedited delivery option is selected, we will make every reasonable effort to circle back and fulfill these orders the same evening when operationally possible. While we prioritize expedited orders, carrier transit times still remain outside of our control once the package leaves our facility.

Order Processing Times
Standard processing occurs within normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Carrier Responsibility & Transit Issues
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, transit performance becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider. We are not responsible for delays, routing errors, or delivery mistakes made by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.

Lost or Missing Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed missing in transit, we offer a 30-day window (from ship date) to investigate and resolve the issue. This may include replacement or refund depending on the outcome of the carrier claim.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds within 30 days of delivery for orders that arrive damaged, incomplete, or missing. Claims must be submitted within this window.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Small Business Shipping Note
Free shipping is provided as a courtesy but significantly impacts small business margins. Orders containing multiple items are always appreciated, as consolidated shipping helps offset rising carrier costs and packaging expenses.
